Reuleaux
With nearly 15 years in the experiential industry, Laura Hess is an experience strategist for immersive and interactive productions. Past projects include brand activations, experiential marketing, participatory theater, film, VR, installation art and themed entertainment.
Drawing from her interdisciplinary background, her work considers the impact of business models and consumer UX alongside the narrative experience. She specializes in creative strategy and concept development across new and traditional formats, delivering meaningful solutions for independent and global media companies.
She has built a vast industry index: exploring more than 500 productions in five years (in-person, digital and hybrid) to create REMARKABLE 2025, an award-winning report introducing a new methodology for evaluation. The REMARKABLE rubric aims to quantify ROX (Return on Experience), alongside traditional metrics and emergent data.
In 2021, she founded Reuleaux, an experiential consultancy. She’s also a founding member and advisor for the World Experience Organization.
After completing a Master of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises at Northwestern University, she has no plans for another degree with a longer title.
