Sr. Business Development Director
Freeman
Sandy has been in the hospitality and events industry for 25 years. She is now Senior Business Development Director for Freeman. Her clients have included Fortune 100 corporations and regional, national and international associations.
She served on the Visit San Antonio board of directors from 2022 to 2025 and the TSAE board of directors from 2019 to 2021. In 2022, Sandy was named TSAE’s Affiliate Member of the Year. She is a member of IAEE and PCMA.
Sandy has earned the industry designations of Certified Meeting Professional and Certified Association Sales Executive. In 2019, Sandy was recognized with Freeman’s True Blue Star of Excellence Award. This company-wide program recognizes exceptional employees who live out Freeman’s core values and make a consistent, sustainable contribution throughout the year.
In her free time, Sandy enjoys golfing, walking, traveling and taking road trips in her Jeep Wrangler. She also volunteers with the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo as a Lifetime Assistant Vice President.
