Nikki Gonzales is Chief of Staff at Soundings, an innovative talent platform that connects event and marketing professionals with companies seeking freelance or full-time expertise across the event, hospitality and nonprofit sectors. Nikki leads cross-functional initiatives spanning business operations, brand strategy and community development—including Soundings Thrive and its young professional programs.
A graduate of San Diego State University with a BA in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Nikki brings a broad background in hotel operations, event strategy and human resources. Her career has centered on creating meaningful, people-focused experiences and she now channels that passion into amplifying the Soundings story and empowering the next generation of talent in travel and hospitality.
