Byron Konold is Director of Corporate Events at Dassault Systèmes, where he leads the company’s largest flagship program. His role centers on aligning immersive event experiences with strategic messaging around sustainability, virtual twin technology and AI-driven planning.
Before joining Dassault Systèmes, Byron built a career in event strategy and management, with expertise in large-scale conferences, partner programs and audience engagement. His leadership includes overseeing cross-functional global teams and guiding event innovations that connect customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Byron earned the 2024 Exhibitor Magazine Corporate Event Award for his work on CES, recognizing his contributions to experiential design and event growth.
He holds a BA in International Business from San Diego State University and has completed professional training in event leadership and digital engagement.
Outside work, Byron enjoys biking, hiking and exploring national parks.
