Senior Director Engagement, Advancing Travel with Purpose
Prowda
Nancy Prowda is Senior Director of ESG Engagement at Hilton. With over 30 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Nancy focuses on customer engagement and developing creative offerings that support the shift toward sustainable travel.
Her career began as Officer of Protocol for the Mayor of San Francisco, where she discovered her passion for hospitality. She went on to hold sales and marketing leadership roles at Fairmont before joining Hilton 15 years ago, where she led global contracting and partnership agreements for more than a decade.
Recognizing growing demand for purpose-driven partnerships, Nancy joined Hilton’s ESG team to elevate the company’s collaborations—bringing deeper meaning to sustainability and social impact. She works closely with customers to help them achieve their ESG goals, designing innovative turnkey programs that promote sustainable travel across business and events.
Nancy lives in Arizona with her husband, Jeff. They enjoy visiting their son in Washington, DC, and daughter in San Francisco—and always travel with purpose.
