Sandy Safi is the Owner and President of Dîner en Blanc International. The globally recognized pop-up picnic transforms iconic public spaces into ephemeral works of human art—created by communities gathering with shared purpose. Dîner en Blanc now spans five continents, with over 2 million people on fan lists, and is frequently featured in global media coverage and editorial stories.
In 2012, Sandy co-founded Dîner en Blanc International, and in 2022, she became the sole owner of the company and its trademarks. She continues to lead a dedicated internal team that supports over 200 producers in over 80 cities around the world through a structured licensing model. The company’s proprietary ticketing platform has positioned Dîner en Blanc International as both an experiential and tech-enabled brand with global reach.
Sandy’s background is in performing arts and live entertainment. She held roles at Los Angeles Opera, Casino de Paris, Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, and Cavalia. She brings experience in immersive storytelling, large-scale event production and collaborative experiences.
Her passion is building a global network of producers, guests and gatherers. Together, they create shared moments that spark connection, creativity and joy.
