Ame Hernandez is a Senior Event Program Manager at LinkedIn, where she leads strategic programs that attract and engage top talent through immersive brand experiences. She is also the creator and host of The Events Life podcast, where she shares real stories and behind-the-scenes insights from across the events industry.
Previously, Ame produced large-scale events for mission-driven nonprofits—crafting unique experiences that ranged from high-end donor galas to youth programs serving thousands. She also founded Amersive Events, managing corporate, nonprofit and private experiences across the Bay Area.
With over a decade of experience in experiential marketing, she brings a cross-industry lens to building events that resonate, activate and connect. Ame is a Past President of the International Live Events Association – Northern California Chapter. Born and raised in Guam, this mother of two is always on the hunt for the best chocolate chip cookie wherever she travels—and believes the best events leave people feeling seen, connected and inspired.
