Devon M. Pasha is a professional emcee, event strategist and founder of DMP Creative LLC. A Certified Event Designer (CED) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), she partners with organizations to design and deliver experiences that drive engagement and inspire action. She has a background in the meetings and events industry, speaking globally on event design, leadership and women’s empowerment.
Devon has been recognized as a 2024 Top 100 Most Influential People in the Events Industry, a 2023 Event Trendsetter, a 2024 Top Speaker by Smart Meetings and a 2025 Smart Women in Meetings Award recipient. Her work bridges strategy and stagecraft, bringing insight and presence to conferences and events across sectors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s degree in Creativity and Innovation from Drexel University. Based in South Texas, Devon is a proud mother, master pancake maker, karaoke enthusiast, and committed advocate for inclusive, human-centered event experiences.
