Negotiating a group sales agreement is as much about anticipating risks as it is about securing favorable terms. Planners need to balance their organization's priorities with the realities of the competitive contracting environment, where even the smallest clause can have significant operational and financial implications.
Today, new federal regulations on "junk fees" and recent presidential orders affecting force majeure provisions add another layer of complexity. Melia will explore the most pressing contract challenges facing planners, identify the clauses that warrant the closest scrutiny, and share effective strategies to secure agreements that protect your organization’s interests from the start.
Sponsored by Explore Branson, Visit Corpus Christi and Visit Greensboro.
