Sue Hershkowitz‑Coore is an internationally recognized sales and communication trainer. She holds a Master’s in Counseling and has completed a fellowship at UC Berkeley, enabling her to authentically integrate behavioral and neuro science into her work on influence and persuasion. Sue was named Best Hospitality Sales Trainer in 2023 and 2024 by M&A Today Global Awards and Corporate Meetings.

With more than 25 years’ experience, Sue has worked recently with the NY Yankees, Salesforce, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Marriott, Montage, MGM, Hublot and Taboola to improve email effectiveness and increase sales outcomes.

She is the author of Power Sales Writing (McGraw‑Hill, 1st & 2nd editions) and How to Say it to Sell it! (Prentice Hall) and has served as an officer of the National Speakers Association, receiving its President’s Award.

Outside traveling for work, Sue is an avid runner, holds two aikido yellow belts, loves hiking and spending time with family, her husband, Bill and their Sproodle, CaMere (as in “come here, CaMere!”).
