Content Manager, Destinations
Meetings Today
Taylor Smith is content manager, destinations, for Meetings Today and the voice behind the publication's column, The Z: Planning for the Industry's Next Generation, which explores how to welcome, work with, understand and plan for the industry’s next generation of professionals, Gen Z.
In addition to covering the meetings and events industry’s newest professionals, Taylor also oversees Meetings Today's biannual digital publication, Incentives Today, created in partnership with SITE. In her role, Taylor frequently covers North American destinations and writes about wellness, sustainability, incentives, new and renovated properties and industry trends.
Taylor graduated from Ball State University in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in news and magazine journalism and currently lives in Melrose Park, Illinois, just outside Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys walks with her three-year-old cockapoo, Romeo, browsing local bookstores and cheering on the Cubs at Wrigley Field.
