Bret Fendt is a passionate advocate for the meetings and events industry, with over two decades’ experience in hospitality and customer engagement. After earning his degree in hospitality, Bret built a career centered on creating meaningful experiences and driving excellence across every touchpoint.
In the past five years, Bret has partnered closely with meeting planners, delivering innovative solutions and championing service excellence. Today, he leads global initiatives at Encore, focused on elevating customer experience and setting new standards for service.
Bret believes that the greatest resource in any show or event is the team behind it. His leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, accountability and the belief that together, anything is possible.
Outside work, Bret enjoys traveling with his wife and son, embracing every adventure and celebrating the memories they create along the way.
