Assistant Vice President, MICE & Sales
Marina Bay Sands
Genevieve Lim oversees the strategic planning, development and optimization of commercial opportunities at Sands Expo & Convention Centre. She also leads special projects focused on innovation and operational efficiency.
Genevieve joined Marina Bay Sands in 2009 as Associate Director of Sales. She helped shape its association sales strategy and secure major international events for Singapore, including the Rotary International Convention, Lions International Convention and Million Dollar Round Table.
Genevieve holds a BA in Commerce, Marketing and Economics from Monash University. She holds CMP and CEM certifications and is an active member of PCMA.
She is the first Singaporean graduate of the AIPC Future Shapers Programme and serves on the faculty of the AIPC Academy, focusing on business models and innovation.
