Dr. Suzanne Markham Bagnera, CHA, CED, is an Assistant Professor at Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management, where she leads lodging-focused instruction and serves as Program Director of Hospitality Executive Education. With over 25 years’ hospitality industry experience and 22 years in higher education, Suzanne has held leadership roles at IHG hotels and universities.
Suzanne co-created FIU’s groundbreaking executive course, Advanced Hospitality Technology: Integrating AI and Machine Learning, designed to equip industry professionals to lead with emerging technologies. She is also the Executive Producer of the award-winning No Vacancy Live podcast, Director and Producer of the [CLIC] Connect podcast, and founder of the Hospitality Leadership Academy, which delivers tailored training for hospitality organizations.
A published author and award-winning podcast producer, Suzanne has been recognized by the International Hospitality Institute as one of the most influential educators and social media voices in the field.
