She became a prominent figure after surviving a life-changing spinal cord injury in 1998 that left her paralyzed from the waist down.
Speaking from her wheelchair, she captivates audiences with her resilience, expertise and actionable strategies for creating inclusive environments and experiences.
Despite the challenges she faced, she has become an inspiration to many, focusing on helping others with disabilities and promoting inclusive design in both public and private spaces.

Her legacy is one of resilience, innovation and inclusivity. Rosemarie has not only transformed her own life but has also worked to transform the world around her. Rosemarie is the CEO and founder of Rossetti Enterprises LLC, which she started in January 1997.
She enjoys traveling, kayaking and biking with her husband, Mark Leder.
