David Merrell is Founder, CEO and Creative Director of AOO Events, the award-winning event design and production agency he established in 1989. With nearly four decades of experience, David is recognized for bringing together innovative design, experiential strategy and production expertise to create memorable live experiences.
His work spans corporate events, incentive programs, awards ceremonies and fundraising events, ranging from destination experiences to large-scale productions for leading organizations and brands. A respected industry leader and educator, David continues to influence the evolution of event design while exploring new possibilities for live experiences.
