The Seoul Convention Bureau (SCB) is a division of the Seoul Tourism Organization, an official organization of the city government. SCB represents the city of Seoul in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry, working to promote business and association events held within the city.
SCB is dedicated to promoting Seoul as a premier convention destination by leveraging diverse content to showcase its world-class venues and services. This includes participating in global conferences and exhibitions, as well as organizing its own events and sessions. Preparing for the future of the MICE industry is also a priority; thus, we provide education and hands-on experiences to trainees.
Our support programs, branded as PLUS Seoul, are designed to elevate business events in the city, with a strong commitment to providing professional assistance for international conferences, global events, exhibitions, corporate meetings, and incentive programs. At the core of these programs is customized support. Specialized consultations are available at every stage — from bidding and promotion to hosting — for international events.
At SCB, we believe that partnerships are essential to success. A collaborative network — including the Seoul MICE Alliance (SMA), a business-sector partnership across 10 categories of the MICE industry comes together to deliver the best possible experience to all business event participants.
Established in 1994, Arisu Korea DMC is a global travel agency that provides customized services such as various packages (including FIT products), MICE (meetings, reward tours, conventions, exhibitions), incentive tours, medical and educational tourism, industrial training, and international conference planning. Based on our global network and local expertise, we have professional staff that provide high-quality travel services, and we continue to maintain our reputation as a DMC. In particular, a one-stop reservation platform that incorporates AI technology is being piloted, and it is scheduled to be officially launched in March 2026. Following being selected as an excellent travel agency in 2019, we will become a more trusted partner for our customers in 2024 as an inbound travel agency that has been awarded the Tourism Promotion Tower
