As the first integrated resort to open in the United Arab Emirates, Wynn Al Marjan Island is on schedule to debut in early 2027. Showcasing 1,530 sumptuously appointed accommodations, including 313 luxury accommodations within Enclave, the resort's boutique hotel experience, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 22 restaurants, bars and lounges, including a beach club, along with a theater, nightclub, shopping parterre, five-star spa, multiple pools, a private beach, deep-water marina, and a celebrations and events center. Once complete, this shimmering tower will represent a new era for sophisticated travel in the UAE.

Wynn Al Marjan Island's 7,708-square-meter Celebrations and Events Center will range from elegant meeting rooms that can be arranged in a variety of sizes and configurations to separate, well-appointed salons for brides and grooms, private prayer rooms for men and women, and a 2,633-square-meter column-free Grand Ballroom. Outdoor spaces totaling 4,196 square meters include event terraces and a 1,390-square-meter Event Lawn, all designed to accommodate meetings, conventions, cocktail parties and special celebrations such as weddings. Guests also will enjoy an exclusive entrance and driveway with valet for direct, convenient access to meetings and special events. The resort's theater, designed with superior sound and lighting capabilities, will be available for meetings and events.
