Kim is a hospitality sales leader with 17+ years of experience connecting people, ideas, and opportunities through meetings and events. As Associate Director of Sales, Western Region for Caesars Entertainment, she works with organizations throughout Northern California, including Fortune 500 companies, to bring meetings, conferences, and large-scale events to life across Caesars Entertainment destinations.
Known for building genuine relationships and thinking creatively, Kim specializes in group sales, strategic account development, contract negotiations, and finding solutions that make both her clients and her partners successful. For her, hospitality has always been about more than rooms and meeting space, it’s about creating experiences that bring people together.
When she isn't talking meetings and events, Kim loves traveling somewhere new, dancing, yoga, water sports, hiking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband Erik, son Ethan, and pups Rosie and Ralphie.
