Hi, I’m Melanie! I’ve spent over 20 years in the hotel industry, and I’m passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.
My journey started in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where I earned my diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from SIAST Kelsey Campus. From there, I dove into hospitality with Marriott, spending a decade growing with the Westin brand—from Edmonton to Palm Springs to LA and now Seattle.
I’ve worked across a wide range of properties—branded and independent, airport hotels, downtown conference centers, and resorts—which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
I am attending IMEX to get to know our customers, to share how amazing Seattle is and provide insights and assistance for anyone looking to come to Mother Nature’s City.
