Currently working with Davidson Hospitality Group as Senior Director, Global Sales, Lance's role is to represent Davidson's portfolio of 82+ hotels across the North America (and the USVI).

With more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Lance has worked across many disciplines, from food & beverage and hotel operations to sales & marketing for leading companies such as Omni Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Meeting Expectations. A graduate of the University of Nevada–Las Vegas’ Hotel Administration program, Lance began his career as a management trainee in Los Angeles and held previous positions within the cruise industry before embarking on a sales & marketing career in 1996. Lance has held a number of leadership positions in the industry: he currently serves as Creative Director for the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and previously served as on the MPI Georgia Board of Directors twice, including President from 2006-2007. Notable awards and accolades garnered include the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2001 and the Global Certification in Meeting Management (CMM) in 2008.
