She’s held leadership positions at George P. Johnson, Intel and Freeman, where she oversaw event production, team development and operational infrastructure. Her client portfolio includes Google, Toyota, PepsiCo and GE, with a focus on cost efficiency, scalability and cross-departmental collaboration.
Melanie’s strengths lie in strategic planning, content-rich brand experiences and global event execution. She’s known for building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence and delivering results through data-led insights.
