My name is Denise O’Sullivan and I am the Group MICE Sales Manager for the Hayfield Family Collection, a distinguished Irish hospitality group known for its collection of award-winning, family-owned and operated hotels.
I’ve been proudly working with the Collection for over 11 years, representing our four luxury properties: Hayfield Manor in Cork, Great Southern Killarney, Killarney Royal Townhouse, and — coming in January 2026 — our newest addition, St. Helen’s, a stunning 5-star hotel in Dublin. Each of our properties is unique, yet all share the same commitment to timeless elegance, personal service, and authentic Irish hospitality.

I was born and raised in the beautiful county of Kerry, and I’m passionate about showcasing both our hotels and the true spirit of Ireland to guests from around the world.

I would love the opportunity to meet you in person at IMEX to tell you more about the Hayfield Family Collection and how we can create unforgettable experiences for your clients and guests.
