Stagevision
Alissa Hurley is Chief Commercial Officer at Stagevision, a Canadian audiovisual and event production company. She is a Certified Event Designer and facilitator of the Event Canvas methodology, helping organizations design events with purpose and measurable outcomes.
With over 20 years’ experience in the events industry, Alissa has led multimillion-dollar event programs for global brands and scaled businesses through strategy, marketing and commercial leadership. She has held senior roles with companies including Encore and BCD Meetings & Events, where she worked with Fortune 500 clients and guided organizational growth.
An active volunteer leader, she served as President of the Toronto Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Meetings Mean Business Canada. She has been inducted into the Canadian Meetings & Events Hall of Fame and has taught event management at the university level.
Outside work, Alissa is an Airbnb host, enjoys home renovation projects, and is passionate about travel, music and home renovation.
