Kolet Bailey’s 15 years’ industry experience spans general contracting, agency work and global B2B and internal corporate event production. Her “Swiss army knife” background gives her operational know-how and strategic insight across every phase of the event lifecycle.
As Director of Business Development, Kolet builds purposeful partnerships with clients across the events industry. She’s experienced in managing budgets of all sizes and brings a practical, flexible approach to delivering value.
Outside work, she enjoys time with her pup Jax, diving into fantasy novels, binging true crime documentaries and tending to her ever-growing jungle of houseplants.
