Meryl K. Evans is a digital accessibility and inclusive marketing consultant, speaker and author who advises organizations on embedding accessibility into everyday content, media and communication processes. Profoundly deaf since birth, she blends expertise with lived experience to her consulting, training and keynotes to drive change.
Meryl has spoken at global conferences, including TEDx, and was named a LinkedIn Top Voice in disability advocacy. She holds Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) certification from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). She regularly works with teams across industries to improve accessibility in products, content, social media, internal and external communications, workflows and customer experiences.
Based in Plano, Texas, she’s passionate about systemic change and creating more accessible and inclusive experiences for everyone. Outside work, Meryl enjoys crochet, performing in theater and baking. She's a two-time cookie contest winner.
