As Director of Outside DMC, Meghan Traylor leads the team in creating corporate meetings, incentive programs, and special events throughout Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, Palmetto Bluff, and Savannah. With 14 years of Lowcountry experience and more than 150 programs executed, she combines deep destination knowledge with a passion for creating experiences that feel authentic, memorable, and tailored to each group.

Meghan joined Outside Brands in 2012 as a kayak guide, turning what started as a summer job into a career connecting people with the Lowcountry. Today, she loves partnering with planners to bring creative ideas to life—from unique outdoor experiences and private island events to waterfront receptions and custom destination programs.

When she’s not creating experiences for clients, you’ll likely find Meghan playing tennis, riding bikes, or spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. She believes the best way to experience the Lowcountry is to get outside—and loves helping others do exactly that.
